Frequently asked questions

How do I create a Flow team?

First, create an account using your work email. Then, navigate to the “Plan and Billing” in the settings of your Flow app. From there, you will be directed to the admin dashboard where you will complete the remaining steps.

What if I already have an account?

To create or join a Flow Team, your account must use your work email. If you have an existing personal account, this means you’ll need to make a new account to create, manage, or join a Flow Team.

We don’t yet have a way to transfer your Dictionary or usage stats between accounts, but this is on our radar!

Is there a minimum number of people I need to have on my team?

Yes, the minimum is three seats. No maximum — sky's the limit 😉

Can I trial the Teams plan before purchasing it?

Not quite. When you sign up with a personal account, you get a 2 week free trial of Flow Pro.  However, this isn’t yet available for Flow Teams.
