How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?

Answer:

Open the Flow app and go to Settings, then Plan & Billing, to upgrade to Pro. You can also upgrade from this page. There are no commitments, and you can cancel anytime.

Is Flow free?

Answer:

Yes. Flow is free and includes dictation and the Notetaker, with generous weekly usage. You never need a credit card to start. If you want unlimited dictation and more meetings kept for longer, upgrade to Flow Pro. Teams with advanced security and support needs can reach out to our Sales team about Enterprise.

Does the free plan include the Notetaker?

Answer:

Yes. Flow free plan includes the Notetaker with speaker identification, the ability to ask questions about any meeting, and MCP access so your notes work in Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools. Free accounts have a weekly meeting limit, and Flow Pro includes more meetings kept for longer.

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?

Answer:

Yes. You can manage your subscription under Plan & Billing in the Flow Desktop App. If you need help, reach out through our Support Portal.

Do you offer discounts for specific groups?

Answer:

Students and educators with an education email get 50% off Flow Pro. We also offer discounted Flow Pro to nonprofit organizations.

What happens when I hit my weekly meeting limit?

Answer:

Your limit resets every week, and we'll give you a heads-up before your last meeting so you're never caught off guard. Quick recordings under five minutes don't count toward your limit. If you need more, Flow Pro includes higher limits.

Which platforms does the Notetaker work on?

Answer:

The Notetaker is available on Mac today. Windows support is coming soon, and iPhone and Android are on our roadmap. Dictation works on all four platforms on every plan.

Does the Notetaker use a bot to join my meetings?

Answer:

No. Flow works right on your device, so there's no bot joining your calls and nothing for other participants to let into the meeting. It works with any meeting app, and with in-person conversations too.

I already pay for Flow Pro. Do I get the Notetaker?

Answer:

Yes, although we are rolling it out to users gradually. The Notetaker is included in your Pro subscription at no extra cost, with higher meeting limits and longer note retention than the free plan.

Can I use Flow for my whole team?

Answer:

Yes. Flow Pro supports both individuals and teams. With Pro, you can:

Create a team with no minimum seat requirement.
Invite teammates with no upfront payment required.
Use shared dictionary and snippets.
Get centralized billing and admin controls.
See basic usage dashboards (accessible by admin only).
