Wispr Flow Android Waitlist Contest – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Wispr Flow Android Waitlist Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Wispr AI, Inc. dba Wispr Flow, 444 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107 (“Sponsor”).

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Apple, Meta, or any other platform. Any questions should be directed to Sponsor, not any third party platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents worldwide, except where prohibited by law. 

Exclusions

  • Residents of Brazil, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Quebec are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
  • Existing Teams and Enterprise Plan users of Wispr Flow are not eligible
  • Existing Flow Pro subscribers of Wispr Flow via the Apple App Store are not eligible
  • Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

3. Contest Period

Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Contest at any time in its sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must join the Wispr Flow Android waitlist via the official waitlist page and create a valid account (“Entry”).

Each participant will receive an initial waitlist rank based on the time they join.

Participants may improve their ranking by completing the following actions:

Referral Action: Invite a new user to join the Android waitlist using your unique referral link. Each verified referral results in a +15,000 position boost.

Product Action: Dictate at least 100 words using the Wispr Flow desktop application. Completion results in a +50,000 position boost.

SMS Action: Enable text updates for your Waitlist rank. Completion results in a +30,000 position boost.

Social Share Action: Share your invite link on social media (X, LinkedIn, Slack and WhatsApp). Take a screenshot and upload it to verify. Once verified, it results in a +140,000 position boost.

Only legitimate, verified actions will be counted. Sponsor may disqualify any participant found to be using fake accounts, bots, automated systems, or fraudulent behavior.

Limit one (1) account per person.

5. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prizes will be awarded based on final waitlist rank at the end of the Contest Period.

Top 100 Participants

  • Two (2) years of Wispr Flow Pro subscription
  • Wispr Flow premium merchandise bundle
  • Estimated ARV: $588

Top 1,000 Participants

  • Six (6) months of Wispr Flow Pro subscription
  • Wispr Flow merchandise bundle
  • Estimated ARV: $190

Top 100,000 Participants

  • One (1) month of Wispr Flow Pro subscription
  • Estimated ARV: $15

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Sponsor provides prizes “as is” without warranty.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

6. Winner Determination

Winners are determined based on final leaderboard ranking at the end of the Contest Period.

This is a skill-based contest. No element of random chance is involved.

Higher ranking is achieved through completion of qualifying actions described in Section 4.

7. Early Access Disclaimer

Participation in the Contest and/or high leaderboard ranking does not guarantee early access to the Wispr Flow Android app.

Early access availability is determined solely by Sponsor and may be granted or withheld at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified via email associated with their Wispr Flow account within approximately 7 days of the Contest end date.

Winners may be required to verify identity, age, and eligibility before receiving prizes.

Failure to respond within 5 days may result in forfeiture.

9. Anti-Cheating & Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Uses fake or duplicate accounts
  • Uses bots, automation, or scripts
  • Attempts to manipulate referral or usage data
  • Violates these Official Rules

All decisions are final.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if technical failures, fraud, or other factors impair integrity.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, downtime, data loss, or tracking inaccuracies.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Participation in the Contest
  • Use or inability to use the product
  • Receipt or use of any prize

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s liability shall not exceed $1.00.

12. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.

All disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

13. Privacy

Personal information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://wisprflow.ai/privacy-policy. If you subscribe to the Text Boost, your opt-in data will not be shared with any third party and cannot be transferred or sold.
