Frequently asked questions

Why didn’t I get my free month?

There are a few possible reasons:

  • You’ve already been referred by someone else (only one referral per user)
  • You used your own link (referring yourself isn’t eligible)
  • You didn’t hit the 2,000-word requirement yet
  • You signed in with a different email than the one you're using in the app

If you think something’s off, contact our support team → and we’ll help.

When do I get my free month?

Your free month kicks in automatically, no need to do anything on your end. (And just so you know: the person who referred you will also get a free month when you reach 2,000 words or upgrade your plan.)

How do I make sure my referral is applied?

Just make sure you're signed in with the same email address both here and in the Flow app — that’s how we match your account to the referral.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes! After you activate your own referral reward, you’ll get your own referral link to invite others. You’ll earn additional free months for every person who signs up through you.

What happens after I use my free month?

After your free month ends, you can continue using Flow with a paid plan — or choose a free tier if available. We’ll notify you before any charges, and you can cancel or manage your subscription anytime from your account settings.
